other requests/concerns. Rent is very reasonable, especially for this great location. With all of this being said, we have just moved into our second apartment here at The Pearl! :)

& I’ve absolutely loved my time here! Candee is amazing - I always enjoy our conversations! The community is so sweet and management is always on top of anything you need. I live alone and specifically wanted to find a place where I felt safe- Never any issues walking around at night or being in my apartment! Plus noise wise I was super surprised that I never hear my neighbors, it was always so quiet! Anytime I sent in a maintenance request it was done the next day - one night I was locked out of my apartment and maintenance came 10-15 minutes later (outside of hours) to help me out! They recently repainted the outside and renovated the balconies which look great! 10/10 recommend! Thank you Brandywine for making my first apartment experience better than I could’ve imagined! - MJ
